The next step was to create the top profile of the bottle on a plane approximately 109mm above the bottom profile and also make the guide curves to create the shape of the bottle.
The loft was created
The profile for the curve at the back of the bottle was made
The profile was then lofted and created the curvature at the back of the bottle
Through this process I learn how to do much more complicated lofts and how to join them together with another part.
The next step was to cut a 2mm hole at the top of the bottle to feed the pipe through that is connect to the pump
Making the Pump
First step is to make the silver hose component at the top of the pump
First step was to create a profile of the top and revolve it
The next step was to cut a small hole at 1.250 mm and anther concentric hole at 0.4mm to create the spray on the hose component
The last step to making the pump was constructing the small tube connected to the hose component that sucks the fragrance solution. A 2mm circle is extruded at approximately 100mm long and has a 45 degree cut at one end.
The pump is now completed
Making the Lid
The lid was a simple part to make and had no difficulty in constructing.
The sketch profile for the lid was made and revolved around a centreline.
The final step was to mate all the components together in an assembly
